Mady got into her dad's backpack and has been making her own knots and singing "a hiking we wi go over and over". It is hilarious.

Our Vday date!

Brandon and I on our Valentines day date! Had a great time testing out pianos and now we are having dinner at a romantic pizzeria! (After finding out that there was a 2 hour wait at red lobster)
The pizzeria was awesome at frisco square. We had a delicious salad and pizza straight from Naples, Italy. For dessert we has a strawberry Nutella wrap. It was delicious. That was our first time there and we will definitely be back!
Oh and I got tickets to the Dallas symphony too...so excited!

We love Valentines!

The kids and I had such a great time cutting, cooking and frosting cookies tonight for valentines day tomorrow! I love them so much! (The cookies too;)
Daddy was at scouts. We missed him, but he grilled some awesome burgers and hot dogs for us before he left!
The kids are very excited about their parties tomorrow. I'm sure they will have lots of fun!

Valerie's first "almond" butter sandwich

I made Valerie her first almond butter and jam sandwich and she loves it! I'm starting to cook more without milk and eggs and it is probably healthier for all of us. Today we are having pancakes with soy milk and ground flax seed. We'll see how the other kids like them.
