Miss Mady is 6!!

Madyson was up early and so excited that her birthday was finally here! She opened several presents in the morning from grandma cook in mom and dad.

She had lunch with us and grandma at Chick-fil-A and then played at McDonald's with her friends Phoebe and Abby. Then we all went swimming at grandmas pool and then had a fun party at home. She helped prepare her rainbow cake and dad made it home in time to frost and decorate. She was very Excited when she received her new bike.

We sure love this girl! She loves sharing her birthday month with her baby brother too! Happy birthday sweet Mady!

Levi is 1! Really?!

We love this little boy more than words can say. He has brought us so much joy this last year and we cannot imagine life without him. He is a tender, sweet and loving boy who is so easy going. We love you Levi! Happy birthday!!

First week of summer! 2015

The kids and I have had a great week. Sure love having more time with these special people.

I took the oldest 4 and their cousins and a friend to see the new Cinderella at the dollar movie! Such a wonderful movie. 

Kaden and Brandon went camping last night while the girls and Levi and I had a get together with the young women from church and one of the girls did Sarah's hair. So beautiful. 

Brandon brought Weiss wurst home from a German store and we ate it for dinner with sauerkraut. Kadens the only one that would eat the sauerkraut but everyone loves the wurst. 

Levi loves glasses. Here he is with his own sunglasses. Can't believe he will be one next Friday!

We also got to spend some time at the pool with the Wales and we had so much fun but I don't have any pictures. Levi loves the water and Valerie is now brave enough to go down the slides by herself. 

Awards, concerts during last week of school year 2014-2015

Kaden and Sarah were in a musical called, "kitty kat kapers" and Mady's was called "too much noise". She was a donkey. (See if you can pick them out:)

Kaden did not receive awards at school but we received his Star state reading and math test scores and he did awesome! All the hard work paid off!!
